Working in IT services for the past 20 years, I have been exposed to most types of technology, vertical market and service level arrangements, but I am passionate about ensuring delivery of high quality enterprise managed services.  When a client entrusts to us a position to work inside their organisation delivering essential services, creating and driving that relationship and maturing a partnership is the most satisfying role of my career.  Working with the NHS also, and helping underpin a safe and secure environment for clinical services to be delivered is the most important function I as an individual have ever engaged in.

Leading the team from a service and programme perspective brings challenges and rewards in equal measure and is a test of all the skills by extensive career has taught me.

Anthony joined OCSL in 1995 when it was just 6 people. Initialling in the commercial sales team, he subsequently helped set up the managed services division and was part of the Senior Team who grew OCSL into a £80m business.

Anthony now heads up the Support Services division, responsible for supporting customers around the world and working with major vendors including HPe, Microsoft and Cisco, amongst others.

Emma joined OCSL in 2016 and was instrumental in developing the OCSL brand before transforming it into the CANCOM brand in 2019. Since then she has focused on aligning marketing across the technical, service delivery and sales functions of the business. As well as, ensuring we keep our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Prior to OCSL, Emma worked in the agency world, in digital marketing and B2B agencies.

“Technology plays a major part with enabling businesses to be disruptive in their markets. Through my Professional Services team, we are able to support and influence the disruptive plays our customers strive to make, and to respond to the disruptive competition they face.”

Darren heads up the Professional Services division within the UK & Ireland. He has first-hand experience of leading large, complex transformation programmes within the public and private sector in Europe.

Darren has held several executive positions at Fujitsu, HP, HP Enterprise and latterly at DXC, where he was Vice President and Global Service Line Lead for Workplace and Mobility.

Stephen has a wealth of financial knowledge gained over sixteen years through varied roles in both practice and industry. He engages with the local and international finance teams across the group to support both internal and external stakeholders of the business.

“I look after the numbers! Lots of people think accounting is boring and complicated so I try to make Finance accessible to everyone by keeping things simple and easy to understand.”

Mike joined OCSL in 2016 as Financial Controller stepping up to Head of Finance soon after the acquisition by CANCOM. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2000 and prior to joining OCSL he worked in the manufacturing, retail and real estate industries.

Lesley joined OCSL in 2015 and has been responsible for developing and managing the HR function and has seen employee headcount grow from 50 to 500+ as a result of organic growth and acquisition during this relatively short period. Previously, Lesley has worked in the financial services, publishing and manufacturing sectors.

“My focus is to ensure CANCOM UK&I’s Shared Services functions can support our agile sales and delivery teams, so the business can scale and grow.”

Chris is responsible for CANCOM UK&I’s legal, internal IT, purchasing, compliance and data protection functions. In his role as CCO, he’s responsible for ensuring our customers, partners and suppliers have the right commercial relationship in place to enable those partnerships to succeed and grow.

Chris joined OCSL in 2016 and became Chief Commercial Officer shortly after CANCOM UK’s acquisition by CANCOM Group in 2018. Previously, Chris worked in the legal services industry.
