Martin was previously Vice President of Sales for the Enterprise Services Business UK&I at Hewlett Packard Ltd and grew Enterprise Services in the UK&I, to a $2.2 billion revenue business. He is an active investor in start-ups and mentors Young Start-up Talent in Brighton and Hove.

Martin joined OCSL in 2016 as Chairman before becoming Managing Director of CANCOM in the UK when the business was acquired by CANCOM Group in August 2018. He took on the role of MD of CANCOM UK&I at the star of 2021.

Mark joined CANCOM in January 2019 as UK Sales Director before swiftly becoming Vice President, Sales UK and Ireland the same year.

Mark has held Director roles at both Microsoft and HPE. Previously, Vice President of Sales for the Enterprise Services Business UK&I at Hewlett Packard Ltd where he grew revenue to a $2.2 billion revenue business.

As CTO, Mark has overall responsibility for the UK&I’s technology strategy. Prior to joining CANCOM (formerly OCSL) his background was with big system integrators and large business focused consulting firms. An expert in digital transformation, workplace transformation and hybrid IT strategy.

Tracey is responsible for driving the business strategy for CANCOM UK&I, facilitating the planning across the business and integrating the UK&I companies acquired by CANCOM since March 2018. She led the sale of OCSL to CANCOM and became COO of the UK business in 2018.

Tracey is a member of the UK&I Senior Management Team and provides the main interlock between the UK companies and Group.

Previously, she held various Strategy & Planning roles in Hewlett Packard and worked as an independent consultant advising SMEs on their strategies for growth.

Peter was previously Managing Director of BT in Ireland and Public Sector Director for Microsoft Ireland. More recently Peter worked as MD for Neueda, an NI based Global Tech services company,

Peter joined CANCOM in January 2021 as Managing Director of the Island of Ireland, following the Novosco acquisition of CANCOM in 2019.

With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, primarily working as Operations Director, Jacqui is responsible for the Service Operations delivery with a heavy focus on Customer Excellence.

A keen supporter of Women in Tech, Jacqui promotes a diverse workplace. And works with schools to educate and encourage girls about opportunities in tech and to remove the stigma of STEM subjects.

Chris has worked in providing managed service capabilities to a range of customers across sectors, spanning the service lifecycle, from design to operations, from the data centre to the desktop, for Clients across the UK and Ireland as well as in the across the Middle East and North Africa whilst working in Qatar.

Chris joined CANCOM in April 2019 as Service Architect before progressing to the role of Head of Managed Services.

Pete was previously Senior VP Transformation Services at nscglobal and has held executive director roles for over 20 years. His more than 30 years global IT experience makes him rounded to lead and manage any business. Pete is also an IT and business graduate with several postgraduate degrees.

Pete joined CANCOM in October 2019 as Head of Operations and was quickly promoted to Head of Managed Services in the UK.
